Head west on East State Street. After you cross the river, continue straight on West State Street and go through the first intersection of West State and Wyman (you will see a Subway Restaurant on the north corner). Our office is located at the second intersection (no lights or sign) on West State Street and Main Street. You will see green awnings on the front of the building that say "Stewart Square". Rockford Bank and Trust, The Capital Restaurant and the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce are all on the first floor of our building. Our office is located on the fourth floor, suite 420.

There is one hour parking available on both Main Street and East State Street. There is also parking available at the Metro Centre parking ramp; Harris Bank parking ; and parking by the Rockford Public Library.

Winnebago County Courthouse

The Courthouse is located on the corner of West State Street and Church Street. The entrance is located at the Winnebago County Public Safety Building (420 W. State Street) which is kitty-corner across from the bus station and next to the covered parking area for City of Rockford Police Department squad cars. You must go through the metal detectors at this entrance before entering the Courthouse.

Parking is available at the Winnebago County Criminal Justice Center (650 W. State Street), at the Metro Centre parking lot and by the bus station.

Take I-39 N to Us-20 W/Freeport/Rockford and merge onto US-20W

Exit onto IL-2 N/S Main St

Turn left onto W State St, Courthouse will be on the left

Take I-39 S/I-90 E

Take exit 3 for Rockton Rd

Turn right onto E Rockton Rd

Turn left to merge onto IL-251 S/N 2nd St toward Roscoe

Continue to follow IL-251 S

Turn right onto East State St, Courthouse will be on the left

Merge onto I-90 Rockford

Take Interstate 39 S/US 51 exit toward Rockford/US 20

Merge onto I-39 S/US-51 S

Continue onto US-20 W

Exit onto IL-2 N/S Main St

Turn let onto West State St, Courthouse will be on the left

The Criminal Justice Center is located on the corner of West State Street and Winnebago Street past the Winnebago County Courthouse and the bus station.
